Founded in 1957, the Canton Fair is China's longest-running, largest, most comprehensive international trade fair with the widest variety of goods, the largest number of participating buyers, and the widest cross-nationality distribution. It is known as "China's No. 1 Exhibition."
Our Jinzi Foil Company was fortunate to participate in the 24K pure gold foil application process for the Canton Fair logo. We begin by polishing the original logo material. Next, we apply oil-based gold foil glue using a spray gun, leaving it for four hours. Third, we apply the 24K pure gold foil by hand. Made from pure gold, the gold foil undergoes over a dozen steps to create a thin, cicada-wing-thin sheet. Fourth, we remove any excess foil. Fifth, we apply a finishing coat and apply oil-based gold foil protection twice, applying a thin, even coat each time.
